My Path.

Who I am. Why I hold.

Hi, I’m Sophie.

A mother to a young son, founder of a supplement brand, and owner of a flagship store in the center of Vienna.

I’ve spent years in academic spaces, collecting degrees — much of it driven by a sense of responsibility rather than true fulfillment.

I know what it feels like to carry a lot, to function with presence,
to do what is expected — and at the same time feel a quiet longing
for a different way of living.

At some point, I could no longer continue from the same place.

Almost overnight I made the decision to do everything differently.
Not by escaping my life, but by changing the authority I was living from.

I stopped orienting myself through external expectations, approval and inherited structures — and began to listen to my inner compass.

This shift changed everything.

It brought me into a deeper relationship with my body, my truth, my patterns and the intelligence of my own system.

I began to understand that transformation does not happen through force.

It happens when we can see clearly, feel safely, and meet what is present without becoming lost inside it.

I’ve moved through many spaces before I began holding them myself.

Spaces of stillness.
Spaces of overwhelm.
Spaces where I was too much — and spaces where I felt not enough.

I’ve lost myself, adapted, disconnected —
and found my way back through pattern recognition, clarity,
body and frequency.

Over time, this became the foundation of my work.

Holding Space is not a fixed method.

It is a clear and grounded container where your nervous system can settle, your patterns can be seen, and your body can begin to recognize a new way of being.

A space where you can step out of the immediate story, observe what is happening from a deeper level of awareness, and begin to move differently — not from survival, but from inner connection.

I remember that there is a place within us where we don’t have to function.
Where we are not evaluated, not rushed, not improved.

But simply allowed to be.
Today, I hold that place.

I create spaces where clarity and softness belong together.

  • Where boundaries create safety.

  • Where understanding creates space.

  • Where presence allows what has been held in the body to move.

  • Where you can begin to meet yourself without taking everything personally, losing yourself in others or becoming entangled in old patterns.

My work is quiet, but radical.

It is rooted in truth, presence and authenticity.

It brings you back into a felt sense of yourself — so you can enter the next version of who you are, not by becoming someone else, but by finally inhabiting yourself more fully.

What defines my work

  • I hear what is not being said.

  • I stay with what others tend to avoid.

  • I recognize patterns and name what is moving underneath.

  • I hold clarity without becoming hard.

  • I am soft without losing myself.

  • I trust, even without certainty.

  • I allow what is — without needing to control it.

Why I do this

Because we need spaces where nothing has to be performed.

Spaces where we can soften back into ourselves
— and from there, choose again.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or that healing has to be intense or dramatic.
I believe in integrity, timing, clarity and the intelligence of your system.

If you feel the desire to come closer to yourself —

not through more thinking, but through deeper presence, embodied understanding and inner trust —

then you are in the right place.

Happy to meet you…
